RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you will love everything you order from d’Offay. However, If you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items, or defective merchandise within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. Prior to shipping your return item(s), please contact Customer Care via email at email at sales@doffaycollection.com for a return shipping label.

The cost of return shipping for any number of items is $15.00 (fifteen US dollars) and will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be authorized by our Customer Care team prior to shipping and must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Failure to contact Customer Care and/or returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you. Expedited 3-Day Select shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise marked Final Sale is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
